Filing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted on the Site was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by providing our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information:

Identify the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
Provide your name, address, and telephone number.
Include the following statement: "I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I have a good faith belief that the material identified above was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled."
Include the following statement: "I consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which my address is located, or if my address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Influencer Vater Suizid may be found, and I will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement."
